The choice of fabric is vital

There are tissues that are made to keep skin sweat and those who absorb sweat. Knowing the types present will help you make better choices. Cotton is a breathable fabric that absorbs sweat. But that does not keep sweat away from your body, neither sweat evaporas easily.
